SALES SUPPORT & OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Spin11 is Ireland's original and the leading provider of high quality, technical custom clothing for Cycling, Triathlon and Running. Our core customers include athletes of all levels in clubs, teams and leisure groups. In addition we supply to a long list of event organisers and corporate clients.
We are proud to be a technical clothing partner of Cycling Ireland and have kitted out Ireland’s Professional cyclists for international events: Dan Martin, Nicolas Roche, Sam Bennett, Ryan Mullen, Conor Dunne.
We’ve also kitted out the Irish Track stars and Para cyclists who have delivered many medals using our Wind Tunnel tested custom Speed Suits: Mark Downey, Martyn Irvine, Eve McCrystal and Katie George - Dunlevy.

We are looking for a driven individual to join our sales team. This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be based at our city centre office in Dublin. This is a new role to support our rapidly growing business. If you’re a cycling enthusiast-it’s a bonus as you will be an advocate for our brand and get to use and showcase our products.
Responding to leads through calls/e-mails and using the CRM system
Supporting the Sales team by providing professional support admin and processing orders
Initiating the sales process and maximising sales through outbound calling /e-mails
Helping to digitally promote Spin11 by actively using social media and to assist in creating engaging content
Communicating with and reporting to the Sales manager/team daily
Communicating between the design team and customers
Managing the flow of samples of our sample catalogue
Managing distribution of orders
Supporting product presentation for marketing purposes
Occasional attendance at expo events/ meetings with clubs
Being a Brand Ambassador at all times especially during cycling events and races
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in sales, customer service and customer acquisition
Knowledge & understanding of social media platforms, personal activity on them and the ability to use them to proactively network for our brand
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks
Being a problem solver and not afraid to share ideas or ways to improve processes and systems
Computer literate with proven ability to work in digital environment with a CRM/ERP systems
Working with KPIs and targets set by the management team
Administration, Sales/Marketing Experience
Being an active road cyclist regularly competing in races and events
The ability to test new products and provide feedback

The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office and Showroom in Dublin city centre.
Hours and Remuneration
It’s a Full Time position, 40 hours per week.
Start: May 2018
Remuneration: depending on experience.
