We are looking for a driven individual and a cycling enthusiast to join our sales team. This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be based at our city centre office Dublin. This is a new role to support our rapidly growing business. This individual will be an advocate for our brand and get to use and showcase our products.
Supporting relationship management of new and existing customers
Dealing with customers on the email/ telephone and maximising sales through outbound calling
Managing the sales process and key customers account administration
Sales performance reporting against targets
Implementing new customer acquisition sales strategies
Ensuring all customers get maximum customer service and support
Being aware of all promotional activity so fully utilise for customers benefit
Assisting communication between the design team and customers when required
Managing the flow of samples of our sample catalogue
Managing the distribution of web orders
Supporting product presentation for marketing purposes
Occasional attendance at expo events/ meetings with clubs
Being a Brand Ambassador at all times especially during cycling events and races
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic Experience in Sales & Customer Acquisition
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks
Fully proficient in the full microsoft office suite, knowledge of design software is a bonus
Being a problem solver and not afraid to share ideas or ways to improve processes and systems.
Being an active road cyclist regularly competing in races and events
Being an active user of social media and willing to proactively network for our brand.
The ability to test new products and provide feedback
Place of work
The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office and Showroom in Dublin city centre.
Hours and Remuneration
It’s a Full Time position, 40 hours per week.
Start: Mid March 2018
Remuneration: depending on experience.
