Minimum Order quantity

We are always striving to get you the best possible advice and value to ensure you get exactly what you need for the type of athlete you are. If your unsure of anything relating to the ordering process, lead times or minimum order quantities please get in touch.

Ultra, Sport & Sport Plus Collection

The minimum ordering quantity for the Sport and Sport Plus range is 5 per item, for example this means an order can consist of only 5 jerseys or 5 jackets.

If you would like to order an individual Skinsuit or Speedsuit thats no problem we have some great garments to choose from.

Outside of this it is possible to to order lower quanities but unfortunately there is a surcharge associated with these orders as they are manufactured outside of the normal production process.

Orders for 1 to 4 of an individual garment will have a 50% surcharge applied.

Carbon Elite Collection

The minimum order quantity for out flagship Carbon Elite collection are 20 tops or 20 bottoms for the initial order, and 10 per item for follow up orders(if there is no design change).

For example this means you can order 10 jerseys + 10 Gilet’s or 10 bib shorts + 10 bib tights for your first order, and you can always top up afterwards by ordering just 10 jerseys or just 10 bibshorts.

It is possible to order individual Skinsuits or Speedsuits, however unfortunately it is not possible to order lower quantities of any other garments within the Carbon Elite range.

Delivery & Lead Time

Delivery is absolutely free, there are no hidden charges on top of what you have been quoted for your custom kit. Lead-time is 6 weeks for our Ultra, Sport and Sports Plus Collection and 8 weeks for our Carbon Elite collection.

We have a guaranteed delivery time, so when we quote you a delivery date you will receive your custom kit on or before that date and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Design Requirements

Our top class design team are always on hand to help turn your ideas into your dream cycling, triathlon or run kit. If you already have a logo please send it to us in a vector file either in .ai or .eps format.

If you have specific colours in mind please send us you Pantone or CMYK reference number. If you don't have any of the above don't worry you can leave it up to us and we will get some design options to you asap.
